What the portal stores

We store your full name, email address, phone number, business or organization, location, securely hashed password and recovery code, and session records. Passwords and recovery codes are never stored in plain text. We also store private inquiries, company membership, shared conversations, uploaded files, contracts, deliverable reviews, intake and payment approvals, and invoice records. RERUT also keeps internal relationship, expense and activity records needed to manage the consultancy.

Inquiries and newsletter subscriptions

The public contact form stores your name, email, optional business, inquiry and permission to respond in RERUT’s private owner inbox. It does not create an account or grant access to company records. Newsletter sign-up stores your email, subscription status, consent date and subscription source separately. Creating an account or sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Use your personal subscription-management link or the contact form to request removal.

Who can access it

RERUT administrators can access company workspaces. Your direct inquiry conversation is visible only to you and RERUT administrators. Company workspace content is available only to active members whose identity, completed intake and paid customer status RERUT has confirmed. Internal drafts and administrative records are restricted to RERUT administrators. Company messages are shared with its approved active members; your direct inquiry conversation stays separate.

Where it is processed

The current site uses OpenAI Sites hosting, email and password sign-in for visitors, platform-managed sign-in for the owner, Cloudflare D1 for structured records and private R2 object storage for files. Payments, when enabled, use Stripe-hosted pages; card details are not collected or stored by this website.

Files and sensitive material

Files are delivered as downloads through authenticated access checks. The portal does not currently scan files for malware. Do not upload passwords, recovery codes, payment-card information or material you are not authorized to share. Verify downloads with your security tools. No automatic AI processing of workspace content is enabled.

Retention and requests

Records remain available for the relationship and related recordkeeping needs. Automatic retention deletion is not configured. Contact RERUT to request access, correction, export or deletion; some financial records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.

Cookies and contact

Sign-in uses secure, essential authentication cookies. Email and password sessions expire after 14 days and can be ended by signing out. Sign-in attempts are rate limited using short-lived records. Account recovery uses a private, one-time recovery code, not automatic email. No advertising tracker is added by this portal. Use the RERUT contact form for privacy questions.
